Justin Johnson

Founder & CEO

Justin appreciates quality and is committed to completing every thing with his stamp of approval, JJ Built. Coming from a history and large family of firefighters, he understands that safety is a vital component of building. As he enters a building he immediately surveys the structure to assess safety and integrity. Justin's eye for detail and appreciation of architecture is one of the things that sets him apart as a great builder. He is a Carpenter and Craftsman with the skills to complete every aspect of the project himself. It would not be unusual to see Justin on a JJ Built project uninstalling things that are not done to his standard. 

Honoring God, loving his wife and raising their four children is where his heart lies. Justin serves at his church and is always open to opportunities to serve in his community.

Heath Hardin

Chief Operations Officer

Heath brings over 20 years of management and customer service experience to JJ Built. His keen ability to evaluate operational functions and implement strategies that streamline our processes is unmatched. He has a talent for analyzing details and presenting solutions to challenges before they arise. Heath has been on-site daily at our featured remodel and has impressed the homeowners with his ability to improvise with the challenges of a historic remodel.

Heath has an unwavering sense of selflessness, always putting others first and looking out for the greater good. He strives to lead by example and aims to always leave things better than they were found. Heath is a devoted Christian, husband, and father of three daughters. He is a man of integrity and believes in fostering relationships that encourage and sharpen one another in faith.

Jason Leeves

Project Manager

Jason has a passion and incredible eye for detail. He brings 26 years of architectural and construction experience to JJ Built. The craftsmanship and collaboration that he puts into building is second to none. Jason believes that a successful plan comes from communication and being open about the needs of a client.

Jason has a servants heart and an affable attitude. He believes in putting his focus on the Lord first and then everything will fall into place. Aside from work, he excels in CrossFit, serves at Oakwood Church and is raising three son’s with his incredible wife.

NIKI jOHNSON

Business Development (Owner)

Driver-minded and energetic, Niki loves to streamline projects and find efficient ways to improve all things. Niki graduated from (SWT) Texas State and has been an Oncology RN for twenty years. Developing relationships with patients (customers) and leading them through their cancer journey means seeing all the pieces of the puzzle, and advocating for the customer to achieve the best outcome. She is excited to utilize this talent to help customers achieve their JJ BUILT project dreams.

Niki wife of Justin and mom of 4 kids, loves fishing, kayaking and being a soccer & track mom. This is one of the rare photos of Niki that doesn’t include a fish or a kayak.

Jack has been with us the longest and has proven to be the hardest-working man we have encountered. He is intelligent and reliable and falls easily into leadership because of his experience and great communication skills.

    Justin is the definition of professionalism. He came out and repaired water damaged load bearing studs that got damaged due to improper installation of roof flashing by the builder. The repair required removal of exterior siding, flashing etc as well as removal of interior drywall. When he was all done you could not tell that anything had ever been removed. Great guy, hard working and honest.
